Yes, and soon after it was enacted the mall went mostly vacant. Dont waste your time inside. Anchor stores are good, but mall is a giant vacancy.
There is a policy for under 18. They must be accompanied by an adult at certain times.
If I'm not mistaken your asking for them to be in mall themself. Than I say yes age to roam byself at least on weekends as far as I remember was 18yrs
Yes, under 18 needs an adult to be in the mall. They had to make that rule a few years ago because they had too many kids hanging out there and causing trouble.
