Location is in a bad spot by the mall when the drive thru is packed traffic is out in the road block’s traffic so I think they need a bigger Location away from the main Road!

This is the ONLY Dunkin in the area that has employees with no personality or customer service .it’s crazy

Food was good. Tried grilled cheese with sun dried tomatoes and my husband had avocado toast. His was different from the sandwich we had last week at another Dunkin-don't know if it was just regional as the other Dunkin said it was new. Had asked when ordering to cut them both in half and neither arrived cut in half. That was annoying.

I only go to this one because it’s the closest and convenient. With that said it’s the worst drive they almost always backed up and if you go in you can see why there are more people moving slow then moving fast I have even seen people talking to each other while my order is sitting on the counter. There is this one guy he almost always has colored hair he is great greets at the window and always says have a great day and thank you. But people need to with a sense of urgency when it gets very busy. Food isn’t bad and they get my order right but just very slow staff
