Go to "Pissedconsumer.com" and voice your complaint. That site will make sure the head of the company gets the complaint directly. I have used this site many times and Walmart has been the only place to not contact me to date. Good luck!
It takes them an hr to finish serving people and then Clean up. I'd contact corporate with your concern.
