There is a risk like all natural waters, but there are life guards there during the summer. Play it safe and be smart and you should be okay..
No! People get killed there every summer. Rapid undercurrents of unexpected cold water can pull you down and you could disappear until they find your body downstream. It's a great place for a picnic or to walk a dog . But for rock jumping,not recommended. Please be careful there are no life guards either
This is not a safe cliff diving location. There are stone underwater shelves and a strong current. Every summer people break their neck and many die. Fine a safer place. There are many.
The water will be very very cold still, and this very dangerous. Do not go this weekend!!
There are no safe places for you and your friends to play I would recommend you guys stay home
There are lifeguards here, and beaches where you can stand. Personally, i hook a tube to some rocks to hang out. There are sometimes dangerous conditions and people have died here from jumping off the high rocks into strong currents. When in doubt, I'd probably say don't do it. But, every time I'm there there are dozens of people jumping safely, so it's just a matter of using your own personal judgment.
Great place for swimming just watch the undertow
