no one likes going to the DMV, fortunately this location is right next to Cross Park, which you can walk to easily from the DMV if you end up having to wait a long time. I’m entering my second hour of what looks to be a 3 hour wait and I’m thankful I can sit by the river instead of miserable folks at the DMV. Note: Keep in mind that this place is particularly slow between 12-1pm, as that’s when most of their employees take a lunch break. 🙄

In and out in 20 minutes. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. Do not go there without an appointment unless you want to get mad and frustrated. The closest DMV near me didn't have an appointment for 6 weeks, and the Gladstone DMV had an appointment in like 10 days, so I booked it and it was well worth the drive. The staff are polite and doing their best. When you're trying to make an appointment online, check EVERY SINGLE DMV in Oregon to see which one has the soonest appointment!

I love that you recognize this day, Juneteenth, but for the love of God, can you, at the bare minimum, update your website, so people don't travel all the way out here to read your sign on the front door? Sincerely, the 4-5 people that showed up and then awkwardly got back in their car and left.

Definitely make an appointment so you get in and out quickly. There was a 2 hour wait, at least, if you didn't have an appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient and very friendly!
