We follow all of the safety guidelines as dictated by the State of CT and the CDC. All of our seating booths have 3 foot plexiglass separators between them to create a nook-type dining experience. We are operating at 50% capacity to insure that our customers are spread out. Masks are required for customers when walking to and from their tables and when walking to and from the bathroom. Our staff is monitored daily for their temperature and are kept from working if they are not feeling well. All staff, front and back of house wear masks and back of house staff wears gloves which are changed often with proper handwashing protocols in between. Front of house staff wash their hands and sanitize between every guest encounter and stand apart from the customer when ordering. All of our service wear is wiped down and sanitized in between every customer as are our booths and common spaces (bathrooms, door knobs, cash register, etc.). Our restaurant is cleaned thoroughly each night.
