Hi, Sahib! We have recently started using touchless check-in on our app, though can still offer membership tags. Simply go to your home gym and ask for a replacement key! Sometimes this isn't available if the machine is experiencing difficulties, in which case please ask the staff or manager for assistance. Have a great day!
The keytag no longer stays on keyring for me after it tore thru. I found a smartwatch app which displays a qr or barcode which has been an easier option.
If you use the app, you no longer need the tag. I always check in with my phone.
