Had us waiting 25 min I kept asking who was our waiter. Manager came and told a waiter to take our order. She literally left for another 10min . We had to leave, they are really doing bad now go to a different BWW.

Standard chain restaurant tickled inside Broadway Mall. I like Buffalo over Hurricane and most of the non-chain places in the area. Their wings are the right size, right crispiness, right number of sauce and dry rub options. Not our favorite Buffalo location in the area - we prefer the calmer, more family friendly ambience of the Farmingdale location. This location is convenient when all we want is a quick take-away to meet our wings cravings.

It is unfortunate that I must write this review as I’ve had many fond memories here over the years. My party entered and was immediately greeted by sticky menus, inconsistent drink offerings compared to the farmingdale location and an outrageous price scale. The 6 boneless wing price is simply a ripoff to coat their loses for 50% wing specials on Tuesday and Thursday. Even so after this meal I went to hooters and got 10 wings for cheaper than BWWs 6!. Back to the experience; the street tacos were horrible honestly lower quality than Taco Bell and insanely small! The queso dip came with barely enough chips to enjoy the dip and the fried pickles ended up giving me a stomach ache from possibly old oil. Beer advertisements are left up such as a Pabst blue ribbon one that isn’t available, tables are left with snacks and drinks that aren’t served inside. Kids come in from the mall to relax and make noise. It was just a horrible experience. I haven’t been to this location in years and possibly won’t be back for a few more.

Ordered to go from UberEats and lots of issues with the order. I usually love BWW and mainly go to the Farmingdale location. Issues included: 1) Poor Food Quality. The wings were overcooked and smelled like it was cooked in old oil and just wasn't enjoyable as usual. 2) Poor Packing - We ordered a 30 piece traditional wings with 6 different sauces. It all came in 1 container with no separations. No cookie sheets..nada. This means the spicy wings are directly touching the non spicy wings. Who mixes spicy and non spicy wings together? Really poor packing. This also meant the non spicy wings my kids wanted, now have Carolina Reaper and Mango Habanero sauce on it. 3) Getting my order wrong: We ordered Large french fries and instead got Onion rings. It was partially my mistake for not checking before i left teh store. Got home, realized the order was wrong, called back and they took my info down to put in a book. Apparently I can get this missed item with any order in the future. This ofcouse didn't help with dinner that night. Kids were not happy.
