Wouldn’t even give half star to this place. I had gotten super nasty and the most filthy rental car anyone could ever get. It wasn’t even washed up nor cleaned, you could see all the dust on the exterior of the car and interior also. There was a food stain by passenger seat. It looked like the car was sitting there for months and wasn’t cleaned after someone had returned it to them. there’s this guy (black), he’s so rude; at my reservation time I went there and he said come back after an hour later even when they had few cars available parked up. When I returned the car to same person few days later, I told him to inspect for any damages on the rental. He goes to me “well you can just leave your keys here and go” I was just doing it for my part because at later time I don’t want to be responsible for someone else’s damage. I even got lower grade of vehicle which obviously I hadn’t reserved for. I don’t know why he was so rude with me. I felt like he was social profiling me. Will never go here and I urge you to NOT go here to be treated like this and waste your time and money.

If I could rate this establishment with zero stars I would. Racial profiling,Terrible Customer Service, Over charging plus never received down payment back into my account even though I returned my rental at the exact date and time agreed upon. I was renting through Uber and the rentals I received was in terrible conditions. Seats were dirty, low oil so car would drive funny. It didn’t matter if it was a sedan or an SUV they refused to give me at least a decent enough rental so my ratings was low. They even had the decency to say I was supposed to get oil change on rental and take it to the mechanic as apart of my agreement, when in fact I was to receive a rental in good condition with out mechanical problems needed and oil checked before even receiving any of these vehicles. Held me liable and Charged me extra for their lack of services on their rentals. Will not be back to this location and do not recommend this particular location to anyone!
