They have the bathroom locked…. And after they finally unlock it for you.. there’s no toilet paper OR soap!!! I think the coffee was okay as was the donut but why isn’t there any tp or soap? Do they not wash their hands?

Before they were good, now they always say "We don't have this" We don't have that how is it possible? They are located in a "busy" place, many people come for a frozen coffee and the answer is " We don't have frozen, I'm sorry ... are you serious? What do they serve then if they don't serve their menu as it is ... they are very bad

VERY SLOW SERVICE. ONLY TWO PEOPLE SERVING 20 PEOPLE ON SAT BUSY WEEKEND. THEY HAVE TO BE VERY PROFATIONAL. THEY MESS UP ALL ORDERS 365 DAYS A YEAR. PLUS ITS JU ST BE SIDE LIRR HICKSVILLE ST STATION.
