In Macy's 34th St. N. Y. store, where can a return an item I purchased and get credit back on the gift card I used to purchase the item (kitchen baking pan)?

You can return most items at any store. If the store is in different geographic zone they may not carry that line or brand. Most stores can't refund to a gift card. They will give you a credit which you can use to purchase a new gift card.

Any Macy's should be able to do the return for you with the amount on a gift card. In good suggestion..take the the item to the department it belongs to if possible to limit on return delays as well as making the job easier on the associate who helps you at the time.

go to any Macy's and return the item .. they'll make the refund to your gift card...no problem...good luck.
