Did it fall off or was is lifted off? Narrow down the time/location of the separation then: 1. Contact customer service Lost and found. 2. Request a review of the security footage.
Contact the store. Also ask if they would have security to review their cameras. Hope you find it.
Report to Customer Service. Best thing to do is back track your steps while you were there. That usally helps me. Typically what I do.
