You can book it online from any website thur you want i don't know if the hotel provide transportation but in my opinion yellow taxi have flate rate from JFK to Manhattan and Manhattan to JFK just remember tell the driver no toll take 59th Bridge most taxi driver try to add tolls you can book double bed and youncan check any hotel you want make sure you check rating of the hotel its very important
