Why is it that everytime i see an item i want to buy online from home depot. In west mifflin it says in stock but when i get get there i am told they dont have that item there?

Sorry to hear that. I haven't had that happen but I'm thinking short staffed and not keeping a good track of inventory due to covid delays.
