I think I over charged myself a $1.97 for wood by the foot also no one showed up to cut said wood... I seen at least three employees just shooting the breeze. Not good when you have people waiting for service...

Employees are all very friendly, say "hello" as they pass you and very willing to help. The lady who is in charge of the lighting dept. was very patient with us and very helpful. Home Depot has way more stock, and therefore choices, than Lowe's

Only one cashier at lawn & garden and she would leave her station to help load cars even though the line at the checkout was long. Meantime several employees are in the store that could have helped. Their policy concerning veterans discounts is so convoluted that it is not worth it for a 10 percent discount. Kudos to Lowes for how they handle veteran discounts.

Curbside service is generally great. Once in a while it can be a long wait. The garden center staff are very friendly. Try to go on a weekday, not a weekend, as weekends at Home Depot are nuts. Mornings are better than afternoons, not as many customers.

Where ever you bought the vent. The salesperson should have asked if you needed it installed. Some one wasn't doing their job properly.

Not too bad. I've only seen a waiting line to get in once since this all started. They have sanitizing stuff for the carts & plexiglass shields..all employees wear masks and all customers are required to do so as well. I'm not sure if they sanitize between customers but they do have markers for social distancing. Their aisles are wide (except for the ones w/ displays cluttering it up) so you never really have to get right up close to other shoppers.
