Can you have small family gatherings there? Like 20 people. Just to sit, chat, maybe play games. Like giant Chess and such.

I've seen that often. The bathrooms are kinda disgusting though. The park is a nice spot.

I haven't seen that yet but there is definitely space and opportunity to engage in such activities.
