I use to go here to crab and fish a bit but it’s kind of run down now… They fo have a pier and a few “floating decks” without railings. The water can be pretty dark and murky, especially after a good rain… You can catch some fish and a few crabs though. They have a pavilion-type indoor facility that I believe you can rent out for parties and events… A couple of porta-potty’s are set up for use… Not terrible, but not the best spot… but if just looking to hang out a bit on the water and try a little fishing, it’s fine. The water quality just doesn’t seem the best.

I enjoyed this place very much it was peaceful it was quiet the water is beautiful clean and clear. I was able to breathe without my asthma bothering me so much. The atmosphere was so calming.

A STEW

A wonderful park right off of the river with nice lawns and a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks and celebration.
