Yes. My opinion also same as above. I know thee are some good places for fishing.
Shippensburg is nowhere near Penn St.. Also there's nothing to do in Ship.. It's a small college town in the boonies, the Fish & Game has a nice rifle range, and you can buy good PA craft beer and drink it in the hotel.
