Older gentleman with glasses stocking shelves is RUDE ! Asked about an item that had an out of stock sign and if there is any other options available turned around to be told out of stock is out of stock can’t I read but pints available at the register A simple yes could’ve done. I will gladly go out of my way to never go back

The older man named Greg working there told my fiancé that he “can’t read” multiple times and was insulting other customers in the store as well. But it’s okay because we called the PA Liquor Board and reported him and they are proceeding with an investigation. Very bizarre and unprofessional behavior...beware if you go to the store.

Been a customer here for as long as I can remember. Always had very friendly staff. But this last time, had a horroble worker there today. He was extremely rude to me as i entered the store. When I got to the line, I was asked to wait outside. Others were in line with me but I was singled out. Had my mask on and obyed all the social distance requirements while the worker did not stay 6ft away from other customers. After I was told to wait outside, i decided not to ever come back to t his location. Not sure why the rude service, but will point out that I was the only not white person in the store, so I believe this had something to do with the interaction. Ended up going to Chambersburg store on Wayne Ave. Had a wonderful experience there. Would recommend not going to the shippensburg location.
