You'll be fine if you show up earlier before you're hungry. Put your name down and they'll text you updates. You can walk around and go to bars around the area while you wait.
They do not take reservations. I suggest getting there a couple hours before you actually want to eat to put your name on the waiting list and then go to another place around the area to have a cocktail while you wait. Especially on a Saturday night, the wait will easily be 2 to 3 hrs.
