Why is it that when you ask for a special sandwich (such as no mayo) the workers can't get it right? I can not have mayonnaise because of the egg contents.

I'm sorry to hear it's that difficult. The front register or drive-thru operator gives the order to the sandwich maker. If this has happened several times, call management. Good luck!
