Did anyone else stay at the holiday inn in San Ysidro and keeps having extra charges on their card ? Even after talking to them and them voiding it days after it appears again

I recommend you to talk directly with the person from accounting because front desk will not solve the problem, they have limitations and will not fix your problem.
