Best value hotel this side of the border. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was perfect and the beds were comfortable. There are lots of eating options nearby.

The location of the Hotel is great in a quiet spot...you can walk to the border for the day no problem..the room was nice..so it suprised us the floor was so dirty? Use a mop? The towels just need to get bleached they look dark grey? Little things I hope they fix.. . I would like to stay there again and change this rating..

Stay here as your last resort only!!! Towels are filthy and ripped, floor is disgusting, my white socks were black after walking from bed to bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. Internet sucks!!! Only one ice machine right next to the window in front office. I arrived about 12 am so in other words just to sleep. I was harassed by General manager on several occasions as she kept calling my phone telling me that downstairs neighbors were complaining. After explaining to her that I don't know how else to walk she said well walk slower, pack your stuff slowly or else she was going to call the cops on me. She mentioned that she sent the maintenance man to stand by my door to listen for loud walking and sounds. (How intrusive is that) She was very apologetic after I went to yell at her and explained how uncomfortable she made me feel and how I didn't appreciate her threatening me. Her excuse was she was frustrated!! Julia Madrid, your customer service sucks and you need more training.

I booked my rooms on line. Upon checking in, they pulled up my information , verified everything , gave me my key and I was in my room with 10 min. The rooms were clean, the beds we're super comfortable and the staff were appreciative of my patronage. Will definitely be back again
