The dogs in my neighborhood are basicly left alone most of the day and bark continually...I can't open a window or sit outside. I've talked to them in the past and they haven't done anything. What shall I do?

I would talk to the building manager if you live in Sheldon park.
If not you can file a police report as neusence report. Also keep in mind all dogs in Allegheny county must be licensed.
