No you can't, however you can or cook everything and put it in thermal protectors and bring it in and set up
No, for some reason they allow a propane heater (portable buddie) but they won't allow a small propane grill. When we go with a big group we often get costco pizza or something similar.
No they wont let you grill there but you can bring your own meal if you make it before

No you cant. We always grill at home then bring it there.
Suggestion.. Grill at home eat at drive in.
No grilling or open flame of any kind.
