I needed to changed my time and send a email (+phone calls) and NEVER got a response. And yes I made management aware upon my arrival !! But the experience for a child is wonderful
Their response is always on time.
I emailed them before to inquire about their hours (google had it wrong)and they responded promptly. I think you need to write that it's an important inquiry in the subject.
