Technically speaking SARS COV-2 is fractions of a micron in size and the masks that authorities are recommending, fairly useless. If you really want to protect you need a respirator oral nasal mask with a silicone face seal and HEPA cartridges. Technically speaking. But technology aside, this is America and we should be free to wear a mask or NOT.
