Yes, the service is terrible. Slow or wrong
The night shift is slow and they keep you waiting on an open table that the server wants to sit you at, even if there is hardly anyone there they make you wait. Our family left anounced we were leaving and they didn't care. That was 8 months ago. Hopefully they hired a manager that cares. Both that were there that day just sat at a table changing shifts or something.
When I went there are almost no people that day X that I say the service is not good 😞👎
The service is variable from server to server. I don't like to wait too long but sometimes they take a while because they are very busy with all the customers there. If no one is there and they take time, it is very rare. Weekends are the busiest and also holidays.
That is not or was not my case. I always go there, they treat me very well, and I always go with time, and yet they always attend to us quickly, well personally I like it.
