I have been trying to make a reservation but i cant get thru on the phone to talk to a person for about 30 min. But get hung up on and no one answers.

Online is the way to go. They have several options from tent site up to the fifth wheel they rent for site only (don't get to tow it as rental) if that is still an option. I would go 5th wheel or cabin if you seek comfort.
