You have to call before a week (7 days) passes if you are unhappy with your haircut. If you contact them in the eighth day you will need to pay for a new haircut.

If within one week, you feel your service is not what you requested, we will happily make necessary corrections at no cost to you. To avoid abuse of the policy we limit the hair service insurance to 1 week. After 1 week it is considered a new service.
