Hoffman Park is free to use by the public. Sports teams and groups of more than 20 persons need to apply for a permit to use the pavilion or the playing fields. This is a free park has a nice Creek area were you can sit and go fishing but you need to have a license fishing license that is. There are picnic benches as well that you can sit and have your lunch at.
