If someone calls you and leaves a message to call back, don’t bother. I’ve spent all day trying to reach said person back and I’m left on hold in silence until I’m disconnected and have to call back. The direct number of the person who called me? Isn’t even the person who called me. It’s someone else. I called the 1-800 number to make sure there’s nothing wrong with my account.

Well I came to this place on emergency to use the ATM and it was broken the screen on ATM shoes a computer like I ha e at go in e and it wasn't working... To make thing worse I had to lay a friend urgent so he could get his medicine but then since I didn't get ATM I didn't pay him and we have to wait until tomorrow when the store is open

I went to this branch’s drive thru ATM on a Saturday to deposit cash into my account totaling over 3k. The machine spit by card out and gave me and error message saying transaction couldn’t be processed. Waited for my cash to be returned to me and it never came back out. Had to file a dispute with the branch manager who said nothing can be done until it is investigated by the third party ATM provider. No timeframe of when it will be resolved. I am extremely concerned that they will not give me my money back and practically rob me of my hard earned money. Absolutely insane that this is happening and am considering what type of legal actions I am able to take if so.
