Does anyone know why Happy Burger is non-compliant with CDC guidelines? All employees should be wearing a mask and they should require customers wear a mask unless they are eating. Does anyone else Wonder what other health codes they are violating?

Not at all. Great food, great employees, great establishment.

Mariposa is hip to the guidelines and knows about human rights,. Some people feel they have a right to breathe oxygen and such it makes sense that constitutional and otherwise, individuals have ability to decide responsibly and ethically if wearing a mask is appropriate for them or not. If you feel the wearing of a mask is a good thing by all means mask up. Thankfully happy burger respects that choice for employees and customers yippee still free!

They wear masks everytime I've been there. As far as I've seen and heard they are compliant.
