No clue but it is 24hrs
Wow, I can't top that answer! It does go down ALL the time though.
This is the answer i found on PA lottery website: There are no set hours -- in general, it's up to each retailer. Retailers may set their own hours for selling Lottery games, depending on their own staffing levels and customer flow. The Lottery's sales system is turned off for maintenance between midnight and approximately 5:30 a.m. That means Draw Game and Fast Play tickets cannot be sold or validated during the overnight hours. Scratch-Off games can be sold, but not validated, during this overnight period. Some specific sales hours for Draw Games include: Ticket sales for games drawn during the day close at 1:05 p.m. For games drawn each evening, sales close at 6:57 p.m. -- only a few minutes before the 6:59 p.m. televised drawing show. Sales for Cash4Life close at 8:45 p.m. on Monday and Thursday. Mega Millions sales close at 9:59 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday. Powerball sales close at 9:59 pm on Wednesday and Saturday.
