This is place is convenient for me but unfortunately the food is never got and they get orders screwed up alot

As slow as it was getting our food out to us threw the drive through I do realize people are busy and the line was long. Companies being short staffed effect everyone the same. Patience is needed. The crew here were friendly. Next time I will probably go inside and eat, Food most likely would have been hotter and better. Keep up the good work and stay positive and focused on customer service.

I went in to order my food, but they only accept pick ups and drive through. Covid restrictions have been lifted for months. This is laziness. I should be allowed to order in store.

I ordered . Bacon double stack biggie bag & baconator fries. My double stack didn't have the bacon & they gave me a loaded bacon potato & not fries.
