I would like to know why I have been sitting in your drive thu for almost 15 minutes. I don’t care how much food a car orders, your people should be trained to deal with. Have them pull forward and wait would be a start.
Why did you get my order wrong? Now I have to drive back across town, wasting gas and time to fix it. Ridiculous.
