This is one of the best places to ride if you're right on time or want to get some steady climbing and a short bomb run on. Great for beginners and kids. I love it because it's right there after work and I get my cardio in and Im away from the masses of bikers.

This is a great trail for young hikers! There are a lot of trails and offshoots here, but we followed the Seaman's Gulch trail loop. It's about 2 miles and not too bad on the climbing. In fact, it's definitely more chill than table rock. It's exciting to try a new spot here in my home state. I loved the wildflowers. It's a great place to go in the spring!
