Yes, I agree, I have Not Gave them My Business from a year or so ago, they dont pay Attention to the Order,. And thats IF Its even completed, friend of mine recently Ordered a Delivery, at 8, No Call, Nothing, 3 hours later, she has to go there to pick it up,I take My Pizza Business across the street,. Customer service is an absolute ZERO. When you ask for a manager, everyone is identifying themselves as the manager. Carilisa says she's the GM, but workers are answering the phone, while the manager makes pizza. When I called to check on my order, the guy answered the phone, and his response to why my order is 2 hrs late was "Oh Sh!t" it's 10:30pm, and dinner has yet to arrive. Never doing business with this location again.
