Whenever I order from the Uber app, twice my order arrived insanely incorrect. The first time my pizza was missing sauce. It was only crust and cheese! The second time, I order a supreme pizza and a normal cheese pizza arrived! I don’t understand how this could of happen.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I made an order and have been waiting over 3 hrs for my order to be delivered. Even corporate cannot help when you call! This is ridiculous! Being transferred everywhere and anywhere and still no help! I’ll be disputing my order.

I was walking past this restaurant a few days ago when all of a sudden the storefront door opens and heavy bags of trash are being flung onto the curb. The problem is that there is a 10 foot sidewalk between the restaurant and the curb WHERE PEOPLE WALK. The employee even hit one person walking past because she didnt even bother looking where she was throwing. The guy was furious and the employee quickly ran back inside without apologizing for the assault. What is so hard about walking 10 feet to the curb and placing your trash bags on the curb like a human being? What if a child had been walking by instead of an adult? EXTREME NEGLIGENCE! This Pizza Hut and it’s employees clearly have no interest in the safety of this community. They have no problem blatantly hurling bags of garbage across busy sidewalks, so I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors. Think twice before you choose this restaurant!

I requested for the pizza to be cooked well done & they definitely didn’t listen and their restaurant always looks like it’s under construction and not welcoming or clean as it should be. Good thing is their food doesn’t taste bad & their customer service is alright.
