Does Wal-Mart sell machine to convert vhs to cd

They offer special service to do so. They also offer special adapter and software to connect your vhs player to your computer, so you can store your videos on your hard drive or make your own DVDs.

Wal-Mart doesn't carry that electronic item. Go online and you can find it - then it gets shipped directly to you.
