They give wrist bands at the front desk if youre staying there, and they check a couple times a day
I think you can not use the pool if your not taking a room. We did stay in a hotel near there that allows access to the Bentley pool. But it's been some time ago so I'm not sure if that part is still true.
No you must be a hotel guest in one of the hotels.
