No they will yell at you and threaten the police if you have your dog there. I took my puppie for a party and the rent a janitor flipped out. She was laying down doing nothing when he threatened me with the police.

There's a sign that says no dogs, but they seem to be very lax about it. I've seen people with dogs there. Just be courteous and keep them on a leash. Shouldn't be an issue.
You can if you keep it by the boat ramp not in whole park to run where kids play n must be on a leash
