Can you see the donuts being made? To be completely accurate, No, but most people believe so. The confusion is that you can very easily see the manufacturing line in the back of the store, but 99.9% of the time, all you really see is the final step, the application of the sugar glaze. The big neon sign, "Hot fresh donuts now!" is misleading. It's mostly a marketing play. Back in the day, the North Miami Beach store really did make and sell the donuts as you watched, but that was years ago. Now keep in mind, notwithstanding what I said above, the glazed yeast donuts are absolutely freaking amazing. I promise you, they melt in your mouth. They are light, airy, sweat, and so dang delicious. I often will drive 30 or more minutes out of my way just to pickup a few dozen. If you like glazed donuts, you absolutely must try them. The glazed yeast donuts are truely amazing. Unfortunately, the other varieties, are nothing special and not worth your time, nor are they made fresh. Enjoy!
Yes you can. Asbsoon as you enter, the window is right there. All the donuts are made there by some rude people. They run this place so poorly compared to other shops around town. That place is so expensive and the donuts are very small. The donuts are low quality and too much sugar and gmo oil. You can make better ones at home for about 10 cents each. It is just flour, sugar, water and oil. There are many videos that show the process. If those jerks can do it, you can do it better and without boogers or spit in the donuts.
Yeah, I saw them being made on the spot. I think just the regular Krispy Kreme donuts though, IIRC.

You can see the donuts move as they travel on the conveyor belt. Yummy when hot
