Whenever we need medical supplies we know that Arthur's will have what we need, and if they don't have it they'll know who to order it from. The staff is A1 by listening and finding what you need. It's hard to find a go to business but Arthur's is one of those places. I hope they never close, if they do, the community screwed.

On vaca and NO other supply stores in ft. Lauderdale had my bi-pap supplies I needed. Arthur was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure my tubing and mask for my Machine was available. As a Nurse I feel grateful that I can sleep tonight with ease. Highly recommended!

Came to the store for the colostomy supplies for my father. Small store, however was many customers . Was waiting less than 3-5 minutes. Natasha offered the help. She was very knowledgeable, helped me a lot , spent the time to answer all my questions, offered to call if I will have any problems with the supplies. She is very friendly, polite, and intelligent. Small store with GREAT service! Strongly recommend this store, and going to use for any med / pharmacy supplies.

My first contact with this store was a phone call to find out if they accepted my husband's insurance. They did not. I apologized, explaining that I found them in the online provider directory from the insurance company's website. She yelled at me that I was bothering her and hung up on me. My husband has several chronic health issues, and we often run out of supplies before receiving more. Arthur's is the only place on this side of town that carries what he needs. I've had to run in a handful of times over the past few months to fill the gap. The gentleman that's normally in there is compassionate, kind, helpful. But the woman - the same one that hung up on me? Costumer service must be as confusing to her as calculus is to me. But, I deal with her bad attitude in the spirit of trying to support small businesses. Today was the last straw. She was assisting another customer when we came in, wearing flip flops and her mask down under her nose. I got what I needed, and approached the register, where she greeted me by calling me "baby". Seriously? That is incredibly demeaning. I only just barely handle "honey" or "sweetie", and I'm a southerner. But BABY? Nope. I'm done. I'll follow doctor's orders and get any necessary supplies from Amazon - is half the price anyway.
