Awesome gym! All the equipment seems brand new, it’s very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and they have great extras like massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy. Will definitely be coming here consistently!

This was where my fitness journey started back in 2014. I moved to Tallahassee in 2016 and didn't cancel my membership, when I called asked for a refund, the manager, Mike told I would get to use it when I come back. Surely enough, it was set up in the system for me to get 2 months free. I love it. It can get loud sometimes when some groups are going at it, but I guess we can blame it on the adrenaline... 🙃

Great gym if your looking to lift heavy. This isn’t the place for slacking around. Everybody here is here to work. They got treadmills and a whole bunch of training equipment. Very old school in a good way!
