Trader Joe's is very logistically minded when it comes to where they're placing their new store is. It takes years. What you can do if you want one in Wesley Chapel, is get everyone you know to put in a request for Wesley Chapel on their website and do it for years!That is literally what we did when we lived in Kansas City Missouri and after five years we got one.

I heard the Culture Center that is to be across from Hunter’s Green was supposed to include a strip if shops and one of the stores would be either Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc. and by the way, they have already started clearing the land there so I don’t know if it’s true or which store will elect to open there. I think Trader Joe’s would be best!

Much like Whole Foods, it’s based on population density and density of bachelors’ degrees. So look to the dense areas first.

Minneapolis has 8 of them...Tallahassee and Gainesville locations have huge parking lots... Their logistics or strategies aren't the greatest.
You'll probably get one. They only put them in affluent areas.
