Yes they do sell pompano fish your best bet would be to call the Fish Department and ask them if they have Pompano there now if they don't they do regular orders and you can have them put some aside or you will know the day that the fresh pompano fish come in

You're asking if they have prepared foods yes they do they have a whole entire restaurant inside there with pizza and chicken sandwiches and burgers and all kinds of stuff they can make for you plus they have a huge salad bar that they price by the pound but it's phenomenal also you can get a sub in the deli and eating at the tables as well you can even buy a steak from the meat department and bring it to the cafe area and they'll cook it for you
