They usually try to bring everyone's at the same time so it can depend on what others ordered.
Depends on the night and how busy they are. Ours normally comes out pretty quick. Sorry you had a bad experience.
Ours wasn't, came out in about 15 minutes and was good, could tell it just came off the grill
