The maintenance guys are great!! They respond within a reasonable time and always fix any issues!! The front desk staff is amazing as well and will do their best to give you answers and help with any questions!!

Deena and the staff take lots of pride in running a clean, safe and enjoyable facility. Ive stayed here twice now and there is a reason there is a waiting list! Each time a guest leaves they spend multiple hours detailing the rooms for the next guest. They are able to balance each guests individual needs and genuinely care about the tenants. We appreciate your interest in our property for your daughter. We do allow adults aged 18+ to rent at our property, as long as they have a valid ID. We do prefer to meet any prospective guests first, so that we can get to know them a bit. This also gives prospective guests the opportunity to view a room and also have a chance to tour the property. As to your question re: the rates, we do not have income-based rates; instead we offer everyday value rates, while including all utilities, furnishings, internet, TV & phone amenities. We'll be happy to go over those rates with you when you visit us!
It depends upon how many adults and if there is a pet? One adult is $189 + tax + $100 deposit.
Hi Elisha. Our rates are noted on our website under the RATES tab at www.daybreaksuites.com/cleveland. We do feature BOTH weekly and monthly rates and they depend upon the number of adult guests and if there is a pet. Single occupancy for one month in a Studio room is $699 plus applicable taxes and a refundable deposit. A second adult is $40 extra plus applicable taxes. Weekly, our rate for a Studio room is $189 plus applicable taxes and deposit. A second adult is an additional $10 plus applicable taxes. It is a $35 non refundable pet deposit, plus $15 per week per pet. We do like to meet the pet beforehand as well and require that you pick up after them on the property.
