I really love BBQ, but everytime we go the ribs are very dry and overvooked. What is the bezt time to go. And what days are the meats cooked fresh. ( Not trying to offend, just seems like food from fay before) i would love to have moist meaty ribs.

There really isn't a good time. I've been there when it's slow or busy and at odd times. They're food is okay. If you want meaty ribs, I'd try Taylor Made BBQ.
